Winery DOC in Parrano,
near Orvieto and the A1,
with 4 hectares of vineyard.
The winery is situated on the northern part of DOC district of Orvieto. Is 20 kilometers far from Orvieto and about an hour by car from Rome.
Is characterized by hills and is extended on 15 hectares of land divided in 4 ha of DOC vineyard, 4 ha of arable and 7 ha of woods.
On the inside of the winery there is a building of 400 sq.m., 200 sq.m at the ground floor and the others 200 sq.m. at the underground floor use as wine cellar.
The wine cellar is equipped with a cooling system for the control of the wine temperature and with all the technological equipment for the manufacturing and the conservation of the product.
The containers for the 420 liters of wine and all the gear for the production are all made with INOX steel.
The house for living is 340 sq.m. and is connect to the wine cellar with a 700 sq.m. of garden.
