of agricultural land.
It covers about 350 sq. meters for each of the 3 floors, plus the two outbuildings.
It's habitable and includes about 1 hectare of land with the garden.
The owner can sell more land, not included in the price, if required.
The position is close to the medieval town of Panicale and to the Lake Trasimeno.
At few minutes to the motor way to Rome and Florence and the train station.
Perugia is about 30 kilometers and Siena about 50 km.
